Recently retro-fitted for a customer - A 13 plate Mercedes 3.5t box van retrofitted with a meat rail system. We installed 3 x I-beam meat rails, we strengthened the roof to support the rails and the interior was refurbished to food-safe standards. We fitted a refurbished Hubbard 3 phase refrigeration unit to meet the capacity required for fresh meat.. The floor was re-coated in RED non slip resin for a fully washable interior and fitted a foldable double step for safe handling of carcasses. We supplied 30 x T bar double rolling hooks and fitted 2 x high powered bright 48 LED lights.
