The Carcass trolley is specially designed for transporting dead animals such as sows, fattening pigs and calves. This 400 kg version is 30 cm longer because of bigger animals. We supply the Carcass trolley 400 kg with a hand winch.

This tough carcass trolley is specially designed to transporting heavier and bigger dead calves or pigs. Its shape and foldable rear wheels allow this trolley to have a very small turning circle, which makes it easy to use in every type of housing.

Application:

Position the carcass trolley upright with folded wheels and directly behind the animal and attach the leg that is closest to the floor tightly at a position just above the knee joint. That ensures that the animal will turn over and will lie on its back on the trolley
Use the manual winch to pull the animal up onto the trolley until you reach its tipping point
Fold out the rear wheels and lower the trolley smoothly into the horizontal position, while winching the carcass all the way onto the trolley
ATTENTION: When you let the carcass slide off to unload, the trolley will push backwards with some force
