A recent project on a 5 ton sprinter with retrofitted rails. Roof strength added with C channel beams. Walls secured to roof and floor, also added uprights for over 2 ton loading. Alloy Wear strips added for protection against carcass swinging. Fridge guard fitted. I beam meat rails for 2” T bar hooks. Reconditioned hooks with new rollers. Body tidied up and painted in our Bristol workshops. New non slip blue resin floor. Rear double step and rear under run bar. Fitted new bright LED lights for excellent visibility during loading and unloading. Fully washable and waterproof. Refrigeration tested and checked before delivery.
