RECENT PROJECT - NOT FOR SALE - We recently converted this Renault Master MWB HIGH ROOF van (L2H3) for one of our customers to transport meat. We insulated & lined the walls, floor and wheel arches and fibre-glassed "in-situ" to form a FOOD SAFE seamfree washable hardwearing lining. We installed additional aluminium floor protection in both door ways, We installed our proven aluminium support structure in side the insulated roof and mounted 2 x 2" I-beam/T Bar meat rails. An additional level of stainless steel load track was installed to secure carcasses or pallets in transit. We supplied and installed the proven and reliable GAH SR301Ffridge unit with single phase standby.A HOPE Safe-T-Bar step with extra wide foot hold gives a safe and easy access to the load area when carrying a carcass. The legal payload with driver, full tank and all the above conversion is 950 kgs. without standby will be over a ton!
